After admission to the Oklahoma Bar, Mrs. Naifeh worked as a Tulsa County Assistant District Attorney working in the criminal division handing domestic violence cases.  She left the District Attorney's Office to handle criminal defense and family law cases as a solo practitioner.  Mrs. Naifeh then worked for Charney, Buss and Williams representing plaintiffs in family law, civil cases and probate matters.  In February 2007, Mrs. Naifeh began working for Pierce Couch Hendrickson Basinger and Green practicing in the area of workers compensation insurance defense.

In her spare time, Mrs. Naifeh enjoys exercising, spending time with her family and two dogs, Ollie and Lucious.
