Benjamin was born and raised in Washington State, where he lived until relocating to Oklahoma to start a family in 2019. Benjamin performed his undergraduate studies at Washington State University, where he earned dual degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice. After graduating from Washington State University, Benjamin earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, where he was a member of executive council for the Student Body Association and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Prior to joining Pierce Couch, Benjamin worked as an associate at both Lether Law Group, PLLC and Perkins Coie in Seattle, Washington. Benjamin has also worked as a contract manager for CACI International Inc., where he negotiated and managed large-dollar national security contracts with the United States Department of Defense.
Benjamin’s practice is primarily devoted to general tort liability, insurance defense and coverage anlysis, construction defect defense, and personal injury cases. Benjamin is an active member of both the Washington State Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association.
