Elise was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and attended The University of Oklahoma for both Undergraduate and Law School. Although Elise has spent most of her life in Oklahoma, she is a veritable Francophile, and has lived in France briefly on two occasions. Before joining Pierce Couch, Elise worked as the Civil Mental Health attorney at the Tulsa County Public Defender’s Office. She is passionate about advocating for disenfranchised groups and promoting mental health awareness. In her free time Elise enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Iris and Violet.
