Born in Oklahoma City and married to Randi Green, who is Past President and Member of the Board of Directors for Pivot, Inc. and the Oklahoma County Bar Auxiliary. They have two children; Kimberly and Hailey, and four grandchildren.

Prior to joining Pierce Couch, Jerry was an assistant Municipal Counsel for the city of Oklahoma City. Jerry began his practice with Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, L.L.P. in 1977 and was made a partner in 1982.
