John was born in South Korea and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2010 with a B.A. in Political Science. John went onto attend Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he graduated with his J.D. in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, John worked as an associate attorney practicing in the areas of: products liability and insurance defense. John left the active practice of law and pursued a career in the oil and gas industry, with a diverse experience ranging from serving as general counsel to working in-house with a local operator. John decided to return to the active practice of law, proudly joining Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green in 2020.
