Matt McDevitt rejoined Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger and Green in April of 2018. Mr. McDevitt earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2001. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2004.

Mr. McDevitt became licensed to practice law in Texas in November of 2004 and licensed to practice law in Oklahoma in September 2005. Upon his admission to the Texas Bar, Mr. McDevitt worked as an Attorney/Advisor for the Small Business Administration-Disaster Assistance Program in Fort Worth, Texas. Following his admission to the Oklahoma Bar, Mr. McDevitt worked for the Pierce Couch law firm from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2018, Mr. McDevitt worked for two Oklahoma City law firms, where he practiced primarily in the areas of insurance defense, construction defect defense, employment law, products liability, and general litigation.

Mr. McDevitt currently handles various litigation matters for the firm, which includes the areas of construction defect defense, insurance defense, general business, and employment law.
