PCHBG attorneys Bryan Stanton, Charlie Schreck and Jake Pipinich attended the 2024 USLaw Transportation & Logistics Exchange in New Orleans February 5-6, 2024. 

Attorney Jake Pipinich facilitated a session on nuanced technology and investigating claims made by Plaintiffs, specifically Tesla and EV onboard camera systems and how they are continuously recording audio/video even when not in motion and how this video can be retrieved and used in litigation.
