Jake Pipinich successfully obtained an Order Dismissal

Attorney Jake Pipinich successfully obtained an Order dismissing shareholder claims against a Delaware County HOA concerning the purchase of a golf-course within the geographical boundary of the community.  The dismissal was affirmed on appeal and the decision will be released for publication.
