Pierce Couch lawyers attended USLAW Network’s annual Spring Conference last week in Phoenix, Arizona. Pictured are Partners Jessica Dark, Hailey Hopper, Jeffrey Hendrickson, Amy Bradley-Waters, and John Lennon. Jessica Dark is the Vice-Chair of the USLAW Future Leaders section, and facilitated a session at the Future Leaders’ Litigation Academy which discussed when defense counsel should consider retaining expert witnesses. Jeffrey Hendrickson co-chaired the Future Leaders’ Litigation Academy, which more broadly covered the use of expert witnesses in litigation. Hailey Hopper facilitated a session with the Retail & Hospitality section which discussed principal concerns about litigation that keep client representatives “awake at night.” John Lennon facilitated a session with the Insurance section which discussed developments in insurance bad-faith litigation.
