Pierce Couch lawyers attended USLAW Network’s annual Spring Conference last week in Phoenix, Arizona. Pictured are Partners Jessica Dark, Hailey Hopper, Jeffrey Hendrickson, Amy Bradley-Waters, and John Lennon. Jessica Dark is the Vice-Chair of the USLAW Future Leaders section, and facilitated a session at the Future Leaders’ Litigation Academy which discussed when defense counsel should consider retaining expert witnesses. Jeffrey Hendrickson co-chaired the Future Leaders’ Litigation Academy, which more broadly covered the use of expert witnesses in litigation. Hailey Hopper facilitated a session with the Retail & Hospitality section which discussed principal concerns about litigation that keep client representatives “awake at night.” John Lennon facilitated a session with the Insurance section which discussed developments in insurance bad-faith litigation. Pierce Couch is honored to participate in USLAW and supports the organization’s mission of providing exceptional client service in all areas of practice while developing strong working relationships with member firms across the USLAW network.
