Winter Roundtable for USLaw

Last week, Jake Pipinich and Charlie attended both the Transportation and Logistics Exchange and the Winter Roundtable for USLaw. Jake invited Miriam DuBois of AMIC/Citadel. Jake also co-facilitated a session on “Using experts to rebut inflated damage claims by plaintiffs” at the USLaw Transportation Winter Roundtable meeting. The event was well attended, and Jake is thankful for the support of clients and fellow attorneys who advocate for the defense of trucking and logistics claims and lawsuits.

During the event, Jake gained valuable insights into exposing the “cottage industry” relationship between certain “mill” doctors and plaintiff attorneys. Furthermore, Jake took the opportunity to meet with existing clients, continuing to strengthen ongoing relationships.
