Women’s Connection Conference

Pierce Couch Partners Jessica Dark and Hailey Hopper attended the annual USLaw Women’s Connection event in Park City, Utah in June. USLaw is an international organization composed of approximately 100 law firms across the globe. While there, Hailey facilitated a discussion with Erin Diaz of Wicker Smith and Sandy Rappaport from Hansen Bridgett on the topic of how to attract, retain and motivate female talent.

Jessica Dark primarily practices labor and employment litigation as well as government entity defense, sexual misconduct and general tort litigation.

Hailey Hopper focuses her practice on  general insurance defense, including retail and hospitality, transportation, medical malpractice, professional liability, and personal injury cases. Hailey also has extensive experience in defending mass tort and construction related damage claims for energy service companies, contractors and public utilities.
