Peter was born in Norman, Oklahoma, on April 29, 1960. Peter began his practice with Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green, L.L.P. in 1988 and became a partner in the firm on January 1, 1998. Peter is the proud father of three children, Jillian, Parker and Ella.
