Tiffany grew up in Alva, Oklahoma. After graduating from Alva High School, she attended the University of Oklahoma, where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Letters (specializing in Ancient Greek History) with a minor in Nonprofit Organizational Studies.
After graduating from OU, Tiffany worked for the State of Oklahoma Department of Human Services, evaluating eligibility for Long Term Care and related federal programs. She then moved to the insurance industry, where she worked as a licensed adjuster for Farmers Insurance, determining complex liability, evaluating coverage, and reviewing damages. While at Farmers, Tiffany served as a volunteer arbitrator for intercompany arbitration. She then transitioned to a TPA, where she worked as an insurance arbitration writer and paid arbitrator for intercompany arbitration.
Tiffany graduated from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Law. While there, she was actively involved in competitions both as a competitor and as a Director with the Board of Advocates. Tiffany was a National Finalist in the ABA Client Counseling Competition. She is also a national member of the Order of Barristers.
Prior to joining Pierce Couch, Tiffany was an associate attorney with Lytle, Soule and Felty in Oklahoma City where she gained experience in large scale litigation.
Tiffany specializes in commercial insurance defense (dram shop liability, premises liability, employee negligence, transportation, etc.), insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith.
