Mark Hardin Obtains Trial Victory for Trucking Company

PCHBG Partner Mark E. Hardin recently obtained a favorable jury verdict in federal court on behalf of a national trucking company.  The case involved a collision between two semi-tractor trailers, which resulted in an immediate fire ball that consumed both trucks, their trailers and cargo.  Each party filed claims seeking compensation for property losses as well as the cost of the environmental clean-up.  The jury was instructed on comparative negligence.  The jury deliberated for only 40 minutes before determining the client was 0% negligent and the other party was 100% negligent.
