Oklahoma Restaurant Association’s Annual Expo

In August, Pierce Couch attorneys Jessica Dark and Jeffrey Hendrickson were featured speakers at the Oklahoma Restaurant Association’s annual Expo. Ms. Dark and Mr. Hendrickson provided a comprehensive legal discussion regarding provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Oklahoma Anti-Discrimination Act. Their presentation was in conjunction with the ORA’s HospitAbilities program, which provides training and job placement to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
