Pierce Couch Continues Support of Oklahoma City University School of Law’s Efforts in On-Going Pro Bono Involvement in the Community
On February 7, 2020, Pierce Couch hosted several guest speakers at our firm’s weekly “LLL”, our lawyer’s light lunch, focusing on pro bono involvement and development in the community. Stephen G. Butler, JD, Assistant Dean for Advancement and External Relations Oklahoma City University School of Law, attended with Jaime Campbell, second year law student, who spent last summer with the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s Office. Jacqueline Bolden, third year law student, spent last summer with the 68th Civil District Court District (Dallas, TX) and Nueces County District Attorney’s Office (Corpus Christi, TX) and presented an update on her advancements in pro as a bono intern. Caitlin “Katie” Campbell, a third year law student, spent the second half of her summer with Legal Aid here in Oklahoma City and spoke the invaluable experience gained as a pro bono intern. Pierce Couch continues to lend its support to Oklahoma City University School of Law’s efforts in pro bono involvement in the community.
